Upon termination, you will immediately destroy, erase, obliterate, or otherwise dispose of any copy of the Materials in your control or possession.

Surko Communications may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any areas on the Site where users may transmit or post Communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to chat rooms, bulletin boards, or other user forums, and the content of any such Communications. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
To open a membership account (where available), you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the Registration Form, and in accordance with the current payment terms as advertised on the Surko Communications web site. You then will choose a password and an account name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Surko Communications reserves the right to reject passwords that fail to meet the security criteria that are established from time to time. Password criteria may include, for example, the rejection of dictionary words, user names, and other information commonly known about the user. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. Surko Communications recommends that you change your password at least twice per year, and any time there is suspicious activity related to your account. You agree to notify Surko Communications immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Surko Communications reserves the right to terminate or modify any link or linking program at any time without notice. Surko Communications does not endorse companies or products to which it links and reserves the right to note as such on its web pages. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to by this Site, you do this entirely at your own risk. Surko Communications has no obligation to maintain or update any links to other sites.

Any dealings with advertisers on the Site or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party. This site is controlled by Surko Communications from its offices within the United States of America. Surko Communications makes no representation that Materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is regulated or prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the Materials in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. Any claim relating to the Materials shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4 (June 1995), all U.S. Government End Users acquire the software (if any) with only those limited rights set forth herein.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Designated Agent, at the Surko Communications address below. Surko Communications maintains a policy of responding to valid complaints of a copyright owner by removing or disabling further use of the allegedly infringing materials, notifying the alleged infringer (if an identifiable third party), and re-enabling access to such content if warranted, after evaluation of the relevant facts.
