Cheese Filling
This is a basic cheese filling for use in Lasagna, Ravioli, Stuffed Shells,
etc. It will fill about 8 dozen Raviolis.

Ingredients: |
4 Cups Ricotta Cheese |
1 pkg. (10 oz) Frozen Spinach |
2 Eggs |
1/4 tsp. Salt |

1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper |
|

Preparation: |
- Thaw, drain, and finely chop the Spinach
- In the bowl beat the eggs then add all ingredients and mix well
- Once mixture is thoroughly blended refrigerate for at least
an hour

- Use as needed to fill various pasta dishes (follow cooking directions
for those dishes)
