French Toast
This is a very thick French Toast that is almost like a soufflé
in the middle. It is best served hot with lots of butter and maple syrup.

| 10" Frying Pan |

| Ingredients: |
| 2 Eggs (Large) |
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg |
| 1/4 Cup Milk |
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon |
| 1/4 Tsp. Salt |
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract |
| 1 Slice French Bread (1" x 6" x 8") |

| Preparation: |
- Beat Eggs thoroughly
- Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Place bread slice in cake pan and pour mixture over it slowly
- Turn bread over occasionally, allow it to soak up all the liquid

| Cooking: |
- Butter the frying pan
- Place bread slice in pan and cook slowly, turning occasionally
until the center puffs up and both sides area dark brown
- Serve immediately
