Meat Sauce

This meat sauce has evolved over time. It is easy to make and tastes good. It can be made without the meat as a vegatarian tomato sauce.

You can substitute Itailian Sausage or other meats for the ground meat. If substituting Itialian Sausage remove the sausage filling from the casing before browning the meat. If using other meats (such as chuck or ribs) cut into small pieces and add to sauce, it will cook and tenderize while the sauce is cooking.
